Product Description:
Griseofulvin is a non-polyene antifungal antibiotic, which can strongly inhibit fungal cell mitosis and interfere with fungal DNA synthesis. Moreover, griseofulvin can bind to tubulin and prevent fungal cell division. Since 1958, it has been widely used in the treatment of fungal infection of skin and cuticle, and has strong inhibitory effect on tinea rubus, tinea staphylococcus and tinea ryukyum. Griseofulvin is not only a common clinical antibiotic used to treat fungal infections of the skin and cuticle.
