Vitamin B6 is also known as "anti-dermatitis vitamin". One of the B vitamins. Pyridine derivatives, including pyridoxine, Pyridoxal, pyridoxamine three compounds, they can be converted to each other in the form of food. However, vitamin B6 in plants is mostly pyridoxine, while pyridoxal and pyridoxine are mostly found in humans and animals. Pyridoxine is also synthesized by human gut bacteria, and can be converted in the body to pyridoxal and pyridoxine, which cannot be converted. All three have the same physiological activity. Vitamin B6 is rapidly converted into pyridoxal phosphate in human body, which plays an important role in amino Chemicalbook acid metabolism and is a coenzyme of decarboxylase, transaminase, canine uricase, deaminase and desulphurase. It is also an essential coenzyme for carbohydrate and fat metabolism, central nervous system activity, and blood red egg production.
Vitamin B6 widely exists in nature, egg yolk, fish, meat, seeds, cereals (germ) content is more, the general diet will not lack this vitamin. Lack vitamin B6, can cause dermatitis, spasm, anemia and other symptoms. Vitamin B6 is mainly used in pregnancy, radiation sickness and vomiting caused by anticancer drugs, vitamin B6 deficiency, seborrheic dermatitis, cheilitis, stomatitis and acute and chronic eczema, etc. It can also be used in food fortifying agent, feed additive and cosmetics.
One of the vitamins of the B6 complex; present in many foodstuffs (yeast, liver and cereals). It has a role in transporting protein Bsu1, contributes to thiamine uptake; characterization of thiamine (vitamin B1) transporter Thi9 from Schizosaccharomyces p.
Pyridoxine is one of the vitamins of the B6 complex; present in many foodstuffs (yeast, liver and cereals). Pyridoxine has a role in transporting protein Bsu1, Pyridoxine contributes to thiamine uptak e; characterization of thiamine (vitamin B1) transporter Thi9 from Schizosaccharomyces pombe.
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride is an acid form of vitamin b6, a water- soluble vitamin. it is soluble in water, and slightly soluble in alco- hol. it is slowly affected by sunlight and is reasonably stable in air. it has a ph of 2.3–3.5. it is also termed vitamin b6 hydrochloride. see pyridoxine.
